Great nappies, had to customize outers
The nappies are great, fine fit, good absorbency, dry quickly. I had to customize the outers, though, because the edge of the velcro scratched baby's tummy, simply go over it with the sewing machine on zig zag stitching. The cradle keeps nappy in place. I love the nappies but find downsides to the outers.

lovely nappies
A great nappy, didn't have any probs with leaks, were easy to use anywhere. I used them in small and medium, but used a cheaper nappy when going into bigger size.

Mothercare Smart Nappy
We tried these nappies from newborn but they did not work for us with our little boy. They seemed to leak everytime. We tried small, the next size up, but they also leaked. We approached staff at the shop for advice as we were determined to keep using Real Nappies but they just said they had never heard of anyone having problems before. On the plus side we have used the inner pads with our current nappies to bulk up during the night and this has worked well. I have met another mum using them on her little girl who has found them fine and has used them up to about 9 months.

We used this nappy in the newborn and first sizes. It's a nice nappy- very easy to use but also has down points.
Good things: the newborn size has a cutout for the belly button; the outers dry quickly; the velcro is soft and thus doesn't scratch baby's skin; very quick and easy to use; I ordered online and they arrived very quickly.
Not so good things: obviously you'd need to buy all the sizes and you'll need more than one set of each; I found myself washing the outer far oftener than I think the manufacturer says you would- remember it's a cradle design so all mess instantly gets on the outer- a bit of a faff with my newborn who poo'd constantly! This means I often found I was without enough outers, so make sure you buy enough sets to cover you.

We've used these nappies on our baby since he was a new born, he's now 5 months old. They were ok to begin with, but now we're finding that he's continuously leaking, despite being right in the middle of the size bracket and being changed every two hours. Other problems include, velcro losing it's stick and the outers rubbing on his legs making them sore. We're thinking about swapping to another brand, but frustrated about the amount we've already spent on these. Overall, could be a lot worse, but quite disappointing.
