    Brilliant

Never had an issue with these, they are trim fitting, wash really well, and fit my daughter perfectly. Have tried a few different types of nappy but these are by far my favourite

Great design but wear out quickly

I love how these nappies fit right from birth. They are a brilliant design. The velcro makes them as quick as a disposable to put on meaning that no-one can complain about using them! The downside, and it is a major one, is that they do not last and BumGenius customer service when they fall apart is poor. I know a few people who's BG's have lasted a year and some who have limped to the full 2.5yrs. I guess expecting a velcro fastening pocket nappy to be washed heavily for 2.5 years it a big ask, but other brands seem to wear so much better.

    Love love love

I'm a real nappy addict and I've probably used almost every popular type, style and fit out there. I was really eager to try bg's because I've heard loads about them online. I bought a few to start off with and I can honestly say they are brilliant - ok so a little bit pricey but WELL worth it.

Any one who wants a no fuss real nappy system needs the bg 3.0's! They literally go on just like a disposable and when it's time to change you take it off and store it in a nappy bin - no need to remove insert. Put all the nappies into the wash - insert still inside - and when they come out every thing is ready to go. Simply stuff and go.
Drying time: tumble dry or air dry; cover is line dry in 20 mins and insert is 1-2 hours.
    VERY fast!
    REALLY absorbent.

    Not Convinced

When I first bought these nappies I was so pleased with them. They are so easy to use, very quick to dry and looked great. However, within a few months I started to get lots of leaks and bad smells. I tried doing a strip wash in case it was caused by a build-up of detergent but this didn't seem to help. In the end I stopped using them as I was getting leaks so much that I had to take spare clothes as well as spare nappies everywhere I went! My sister-in-law had exactly the same experience! So after an initial love-affair I remain unconvinced by these nappies!!
(On the rating chart there should be an option to rate overall effectiveness of the nappy because they otherwise look pretty good! I had to rate only 5/10 value for money to reflect this. If they worked they'd be great value!)

    ok'ish nappy

found this nappy great...to begin with. after just a few weeks they smelt really bad, so bad that my son constantly smelt of wee. I striped theM after every wash, nothing stopped the smell: nearly ended up stopping using Real Nappies altogether as these were quite expensive and were not worth the money.
