About us

Go Real is managed by ReZolve, a dynamic social enterprise based in Cornwall, and is run by parents who have had first hand experience bringing children up in real nappies.

Jon Rolls is the Chief Executive and daddy to Archie 5 and Freddie 3.  He oversees all the work, makes regular presentations and heads up sponsorship enquiries.   Jon and his wife have used real nappies on both their boys….Jon freely admits it’s a confusing business and that is why he’s so passionate about the role that Go Real has in demystifying real nappies.  Jon keeps all our feet on the ground…  He says as long as parents do their very best to use real nappies as much as possible, then the occasional disposable is not the end of the world… Go Real shouldn’t be about making parents feel guilty…it should be about celebrating what’s great about the sector and the choices we can give parents.

Rebecca Rapson is the Marketing Manager for the project and looks after membership, advertising and media enquiries.  Rebecca is the token member of the team without children but has been working in Real Nappies for about three years now and so frequently scares her partner with how much she knows about nappies and other baby related topics!! 

Bec Thomas is project coordinator and mummy to Rozzy 9, Sam 7 and Zennor 2.  Bec is our self-styled nappy guru….what Bec doesn’t know about Real Nappies, isn’t worth knowing!  Bec has run the Cornish Real Nappy Project for many years, providing innovative services and ensuring parents receive the very best advice.  With 3 children all raised religiously in real nappies, Bec has every answer to every conundrum….if your conundrum is complex, then Bec will be there to help.

Laura Smith works Monday to Wednesday answering queries and the nappy line and is mummy to Conner 18 mths.  Laura is always on the look-out for new nappies – especially the trendiest prints and designs… If you spot a new nappy Laura will definitely want to know about it! 

Tara Jones is the most recent member of the Go Real Promotions team and mum to 17 year old Zach. Tara is a washable nappy convert with previous experience working with the very successful Cornish Real Nappy Project.

Sara is currently on maternity leave – the newest little member of our team was born in August, a little boy called Zavial Ian.  We're looking forward to seeing him in the Go Real office and demonstrating all our lovely nappies!  Sara is our terry square expert…she spent a year in a van travelling around Europe with a tiny baby and 2 dozen terries!
